Tips on getting things to us safely
All registered posts, parcels and insured packages, as well as express parcels are safe dispatch methods.
For all sendings from Germany we offer you our free safe door-to-door valuables-transport by our armed security partner for precious metal quantities (gold/platinum) of more than 350 grams. A pick-up period of half a day has to be allowed for. With orders which come in by fax by 3 p.m., a pick-up from all over Germany is possible already on the following day. Regarding smaller weight quantities which are unsuited for security service, we would be pleased to give you some advice per telefax or mail concerning the dispatch.

For the correct addressing please click on the envelope on the right.
Please never use simple envelopes but only air-cushioned envelopes or our special large envelopes which we will be pleased to send you on request.
It is absolutely necessary that you wrap up well any sharp-edged material like dental crowns with kitchen paper and sellotape.
This way the envelope cannot be passed through the sharp sorting machines at the postal service where damage might occur.
